Značaj, planiranje i sprovođenje fizičke aktivnosti kod mladih sa hipertenzijom

SAŽETAK:

Povećanje učestalosti hipertenzije kod mladih stavilo  je u fokus fizičku aktivnost kao potencijalno delotvornu nefarmakolo- šku terapiju. Cilj rada je analiza promena krvnog pritiska kod mladih tokom fizičke aktivnosti i značaja fizičke aktivnosti mladih sa hiper- tenzijom, sa posebnim osvrtom na potencijalne uloge roditelja. Istraži- vanja ukazuju da sniženje vrednosti krvnog pritiska u ranom periodu života ima pozitivan uticaj na vrednosti krvnog pritiska u odraslom dobu. Uticaj na energetski metabolizam mladih, kroz promenu odnosa fizičke aktivnosti i sedentarnog ponašanja, može se ostvariti tokom radnih dana kroz različite programe u vrtiću ili školi koje dete pohađa. Vikendom je na roditeljima da stimulišu ponašanja koja poboljšavaju zdravlje dece. Posebna edukacija roditelja je način da se smanji rastuća tendencija neaktivnosti kod mladih. Stvaranje i negovanje navika mladih za fizičku aktivnost, rezervisanje vremena roditelja za fizičku aktivnost deteta i deljenje znanja o fizičkoj aktivnosti sa detetom su mogući načini za povećanje ukupne fizičke aktivnosti u ranom životnom dobu.
