SAŽETAK:
Akciona istraživanja kao metodološki pravac nastala su kao pokušaj reformskih promena obrazovanja, ali i mikropromena pedagoške prakse u kojima praktičari – nastavnici, vaspitači i stručni saradnici, preispituju ustaljene norme, teorijske postavke, praktična rešenja koja proizlaze iz realnih okolnosti vaspitno–obrazovne prakse. Cilj ovog rada je da se istraže dometi i mogućnosti akcionih istraživanja i njihov doprinos na planu unapređivanja vaspitno-obrazovne prakse. U radu su prikazane različite klasifikacije akcionih istraživanja, analizirane su odlike akcionih istraživanja i sagledani dometi i mogućnosti na planu unapređivanja vaspitno-obrazovne prakse. Korišćena je deskriptivna metoda i postupak analize sadaržaja. Pedagoške imlikacije moguće je odrediti u kontekstu razvijanja kulture kvaliteta u vaspitanju i obrazovanju.
