UPOTREBNA VREDNOST RAZLIČITIH ŽITARICA ZA ISHRANU ŠARANSKIH RIBA (CYPRINIDAE)

SAŽETAK:

Pšenica i kukuruz su osnovni izvor ugljenih hidrata u ishrani ljudi i domaćih životinja. Rastuće potrebe za produkcijom kvalitetnih proteina zahtevaju korišćenje i drugih žitarica za ovu namenu. Šaranske vrste (Cyprinidae) su najzastupljenije ribe u svetskoj akvakulturi. Vršeni su brojni ogledi sa zamenom pšenice i kukuruza drugim žitaricama u smešama za ishranu ovih vrsta. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da se upotrebna vrednost žitarica za ovu namenu može rangirati: pšenica > tritikale > kukuruz > ječam > raž > sirak > proso.
