UTICAJ USITNJENOSTI KOMPLETNOG OBROKA ZA KRAVE U LAKTACIJI NA VREME KONZUMIRANJA I PREŽIVANJA HRANEI HEMIJSKI SASTAV MLEKA

U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja uticaja usitnjenosti kompletno mešanog obroka (TotalMixedRation, TMR) na vreme konzumiranja, vreme preživanja, količinu proizvedenog mleka i njegov hemijski sastav za krave u poslednjoj fazi laktacije (preko 150 dana). Za određivanje fizičke forme i stepena usitnjenosti TMR-a korišćen je sistem sita Penn State Particle Separator (PSPS). Za praćenje vremena konzumacije i preživanja korišćene su ogrlice za krave sa senzorima koji detektuju zvuk (GEA CowScout Neck).Utvrđeno je da različit stepen usitnjenosti TMR-a ima značajan uticaj na vreme preživanja(p<0,01), sadržaj mlečne masti (p<,01)iproteina u mleku (p<0,05). Korišćenje TMR-a sa većom prosečnom veličinom čestica (6,87 mm), imalo je pozitivan efekat u pogledu vremena preživanja (400,1 min/dan), u odnosu na TMR sa manjom veličinom čestica (5,55 mm), gde je prosečno vreme preživanja krava iznosilo (371,1 min/dan). Takođe pozitivan efekat TMR-a sa većom veličinom čestica ogleda se u većem sadžaju mlečne masti (4,38%) i proteina (3,84%) u odnosu na TMR sa manjom veličinom čestica (4,15%) i (3,76%). Obezbeđenjem odgovarajuće fizičke forme kompletnog obroka, značajno se povećava vreme preživanja kod krava u laktaciji i postiže se kvalitetniji hemijski sastav mleka.
