САЖЕТАК:

U radu su prikazani najvažniji aspekti delovanja egzogenih enzima (amilaze, ksilanaze, glukanaze, celulaze, hemicelulaze, pektinaze, fitaze i proteaze) dodatih u hranu za brojlere. Dodatak enzima hrani za brojlere ima nutritivno, zdravstveno, ekonomsko i ekološko opravdanje. Korišćenje kompleksa egzogenih enzima kao dodataka potpunim smešama za ishranu brojlerskih pilića u različitim fazama tova, značajno utiče na povećanje dostupnosti rezervnih polisaharida, masti, proteina i nekih mineralnih materija, bolju iskoristivost energije iz hrane, bolje zdravstveno stanje pilića, bolji kvalitet trupova i pilećeg mesa, smanjenje troškova ishrane u tovu pilića (a time i na ukupne troškove proizvodnje), kao i na smanjenje zagađenosti životne sredine i jedna je od najlakše izvodljivih alternativa za poboljšanje profitabilnosti proizvodnje u živinarstvu.
