UTICAJ SISTEMA GAJENJA I GENOTIPA KOKOŠI NOSILJA NA SADRŽAJ HOLESTEROLA U JAJIMA

САЖЕТАК:

Cilj ovog rada je bio da se utvrdi uticaj sistema gajenja (podnog i organskog) i genotipa kokoši nosilja (Isa Brown hibrid i New Hampshire rasa) na sadržaj holesterola u jajima. U sedam navrata tokom jednogodišnjeg proizvodnog ciklusa (24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64 i 72. nedelja starosti nosilja) uzeto je po 15 jaja iz sve četiri ogledne grupe, i na zbirnim uzorcima je utvrđen sadržaj holesterola. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata, može se zaključiti da su jedinke iz podnog sistema gajenja imale manji sadržaj holesterola u jajima u odnosu na organski gajene kokoši nosilje, dok se uticaj genotipa na ovu osobinu ne može sa sigurnošću definistati.
