ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Овај рад анализира кривичноправне аспекте еутаназије у Републици Србији кроз призму упоредног права и могућности увођења законске регулативе. Питање права на достојанствену смрт представља један од најконтроверзнијих правних, етичких и медицинских проблема савременог друштва. Док одређене државе имају детаљно регулисану еутаназију (Холандија, Белгија, Луксембург, Канада), Република Србија нема експлицитну законску регулативу, што оставља простор за правну несигурност. Рад истражује појам и облике еутаназије, анали-зира кривичноправну заштиту живота у домаћем законодавству, компарира ре-шења из упоредног права и разматра аргументе за и против увођења еутаназије. Посебна пажња посвећена је колизији између права на живот као фундаменталног људског права и права појединца на аутономију и достојанствену смрт. Циљ рада је да пружи свеобухватну анализу постојећег стања и понуди препоруке за евентуално будуће законодавно регулисање еутаназије у Републици Србији.
