ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:

Proizvodnja sintetičkih droga predstavlja organizovan, sistematičan i tehnološki složen proces koji je po svojoj strukturi često približen industrijskom nivou. Ona podrazumeva upotrebu specijalizovane laboratorijske opreme, primenu standardizovanih tehnoloških postupaka i korišćenje prostorija prilagođenih laboratorijskim uslovima, u kojima najčešće radi obučen i stručan kadar. Ovakvi prostori predstavljaju značajan rizik po javno zdravlje i životnu sredinu.

Cilj ovog rada je da se, kroz integrisani ekološki i kriminalistički pristup, sistematski analiziraju izazovi, rizici i specifičnosti upravljanja opasnim otpadom koji nastaje u ilegalnim laboratorijama za proizvodnju droga. Taj otpad najčešće obuhvata toksične i korozivne, a neretko i kancerogene hemikalije, zapaljive rastvarače, rezervoare gasova pod pritiskom, zaostale praškaste supstance u vazduhu i različite katalizatore. Posebno je značajna činjenica da je količina otpada nastalog u procesu proizvodnje više puta veća od količine dobijenih psihoaktivnih supstanci i njihovih prekursora.
