ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
This research was conducted to determine the effect of additives – two doses of oak tannin extract and bacterial inoculant, as well as the effect of ensiled mixtures of alfalfa and red clover, in different ratios (100:0, 90:10, 70:30, 50:50, 30:70 and 0:100) on the certain parameters of chemical composition, and fermentation quality. The soluble nitrogen (H2O-N) content, which is one of the main indicators of proteolysis, showed a significant decrease with rise of the share of red clover in silage mixture with alfalfa, which was a sign of positive influence considering proteolysis regulation.
