ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Agribusiness represents one of the key strategic sectors of every country, with great potential for the active involvement of young people in economic development, encouraging innovation and the digital transformation of rural areas. Through the review of relevant literature and the analysis of existing practices, the paper points to the multi-layered character of agribusiness that connects the role of young people as bearers of change and technological innovation. Young people, with adequate institutional support and motivational mechanisms, can assume the role of bearers of agribusiness transformation in the direction of higher quality, productivity and innovation. Globally, a significant proportion of farmers already use or show willingness to adopt at least one new technology in their production. At the global level, the interest of producers in the application of agricultural robotic solutions in improving production and work efficiency is growing.
