ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Ultrazvučna tehnika koja u Evropi i svetu od nedavno nalazi sve veću primenu u ispitivanju materijala i zavarenih spojeva jeste FMC/TFM, poznatija kao tehnika totalnog fokusiranja. Razlozi za to su preciznost detektcije reflektora i unapređeni prikaz tih reflektora na ekranu uređaja. Na taj način se obezbeđuje ispitivaču komfornije ocenjivanje ispitane komponente a naručiocu ispitivanja vrlo detaljan i besprekoran izveštaj dajući na taj način adekvatan odgovor na sve složenije zahteve kvaliteta i ubrzan napredak industrije. U našoj zemlji i okruženju skoro da nema zabeleženih primera praktične primene ove tehnike. I ako ih ima, svode se na blic-prezentacije i reklame prekookeanskih kompanija koje posluju na našim prostorima uglavnom dok traju radovi na izgradnji pojedinih gasovoda i naftovoda. Standard EN ISO 17640 navodi znatna ograničenja kod primene ultrazvučne metode za ispitivanje zavarenih spojeva bez pune penetracije. U ovom radu prezentovana su iskustva iz prakse u primeni tehnike totalnog fokusiranja na ispitivanju zavarenih spojeva od legura aluminijuma 6005A-T6 i 5083 H111 kod karakterističnog konstrukcijskog rešenja spojeva bez pune penetracije ne narušavajući pri tom fizikalne principe na kojima je UT metoda zasnovana.
