САЖЕТАК:
Аутоматизација има важну улогу у смањењу људских грешака, али шта је са случајевима у случају губитака изазваних аутоматизованим возилом? Ко је одговоран?
Ауторска се у овом раду бави питањем покривања трошкова аутоматизације у случају штете проузроковане аутоматизованим процесом доношења одлука. Предмет рада је грађанска одговорност и осигурање са становишта проблема повезаних са доказима о узрочној вези између грађанског деликта и штете.
У раду се предлаже теза да законска одговорност није довољан инструмент којим је могуће постићи ефикасну превенцију и обештећење у случају штете проузроковане потпуном алгоритамском аутоматизацијом.
