ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Rad razmatra ulogu ESG standarda (Environmental, Social, Governance) u unapređenju transparentnosti i odgovornosti sportskih organizacija u kontekstu vladavine prava. Polazište istraživanja zasniva se na shvatanju da sport više ne predstavlja isključivo prostor takmičenja i autonomnog uređivanja, već i oblast u kojoj se sve snažnije ispoljavaju zahtevi ekološke održivosti, zaštite ljudskih prava i dobrog upravljanja. U radu se najpre analizira regulatorni okvir ESG standarda, sa posebnim osvrtom na pravo Evropske unije, međunarodne dokumente i sektorske mehanizme samoregulacije u sportu. Potom se razmatraju ekološka, društvena i upravljačka dimenzija ESG standarda u sportu, kao i različiti oblici pravne odgovornosti sportskih organizacija koji mogu proisteći iz nepoštovanja ovih standarda. Posebna pažnja posvećena je perspektivama razvoja ESG standarda u sportu, uključujući njihovu povezanost sa digitalizacijom, transparentnošću odlučivanja i delotvornom pravnom zaštitom. U završnom delu rada ukazuje se na značaj ovih pitanja za Republiku Srbiju, imajući u vidu postojeći normativni okvir i proces donošenja nove Strategije razvoja sporta za period 2026–2035. godine. Zaključuje se da ESG standardi u sportu sve manje predstavljaju dobrovoljni upravljački ideal, a sve više postaju merilo zakonitosti, legitimnosti i institucionalne odgovornosti sportskih organizacija.
