SLATKOVODNE PIJAVICE (ANNELIDA: HIRUDINEA: HIRUDINIDA) KOSOVA I METOHIJE: FAUNISTIČKI PRILOG

Ovim saopštenjem prikazan je pregled faune slatkovodnih pijavica Kosova i Metohije, zasnovan na literaturnim podacima i novim nepublikovanim nalazima. Registrovano je ukupno 22 taksona (21 vrsta i 1 podvrsta), svrstanih u 14 rodova, 8 familija i 4 podreda. Poseban značaj imaju planinski i izvorišni ekosistemi Prokletija i Metohije, gde su zabeležene endemične vrste Dina prokletijaca i Glossiphonia balcanica. Rezultati ukazuju da fauna pijavica ovog prostora još nije u potpunosti poznata, te su neophodna dalja faunistička i taksonomska istraživanja.
