SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

U radu se razmatra primena načela vladavine prava u Evropskoj uniji i njegov uticaj na procese jačanja neunitranih konsitutivnih elemenata u ovoj organizaciji. Značaj vladavine prava u okviru EU ne može se preceniti. Ona služi kao temelj na kojem su izgrađeni pravni i politički sistemi Unije, pružajući okvir za doslednu primenu zakona u svim državama članicama. Poslednjih godina, koncept vladavine prava u okviru EU suočava se sa brojnim izazovima. Rad ima za cilj da osvetli različite dimenzije ovog principa i njegovu ključnu ulogu u oblikovanju pravnog i političkog pejzaža Unije, naročito u kontekstu postojeće konstitucionalizacije ove organizacije.
