САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Pejsmejker predstavlja uređaj koji se implantira pod kožu i šalje električne impulse radi aktivacije srčanog mišica i održavanja normalnog srcanog ritma. Nakon dva meseca od implantacije može se upravljati motornim vozilom ukoliko lekar odobri odnosno ako nema simptoma kao što su vrtoglavice, slabosti, gubitka svesti. Neki od rizika su da može da dođe do pomeranja aparata, slabljenja baterije i onda tokom upravljanja motornim vozilom može doći do vrtoglavice, nesvestice, gubitka svesti. U ovakvom stanju vozač je veoma rizičan sa aspekta bezbednosti saobraćaja.
Cilj ovog rada je da se prikažu potencijalni rizici pri upravljanju motornim vozilom nakon implantacije pejsmejker-a, kao i mere kojima može da se unapredi bezbednost saobraćaja ove kategorije učesnika u saobraćaju.
