Nastava u uslovima pandemije: klasifikacija uticajnih faktora na kvalitet e-nastave i percepciju zadovoljstva

SAŽETAK:

Obrazovanje je samo jedan od aspekata života koji je zna- čajno izmenjen usled pandemije kovid-19. Nastavnici širom sveta, na svim nivoima obrazovanja, suočeni su sa izazovom učenja na daljinu. Bez obzira na spremnost nastavnika, učenika i studenata i njihovu digitalnu pismenost, izmenjeni uslovi učenja, ali i drugih životnih okolnosti, imaju uticaja na sam proces i ishod učenja i podučavanja. S toga, cilj ovog rada je utvrditi uticajne faktore u kontekstu učenja na daljinu. U radu je izvršen pregled literature relevantnih istraživanja objavljenih u periodu pandemije, a koja se bave ispitivanjem kvaliteta nastave i učenja u uslovima pandemije na različitim nivoima obrazovanja. Na osnovu analize radova i rezultata sprovedenih istraživanja dat je pregled i klasifikacija uticajnih faktora koji se tiču kako afektivnih komponenti učenja, tako i kogni- tivnih, ali i drugih aspekata učenja i nastave. To su sledeće kategorije faktora: tehnički aspekt implementacije e-učenja; percepcija alata za e- učenje; motivacioni i kognitivni faktori; faktori koji se odnose na sadržajne specifičnosti; socijalni faktori; faktori koji se odnose na veštine i spremnost; vremenski i eksterni faktori. Na kraju su date istraživačke i pedagoške implikacije proistekle iz pregleda literature.
