Настава у условима пандемије: класификација утицајних фактора на квалитет е-наставе и перцепцију задовољства

САЖЕТАК:

Образовање је само један од аспеката живота који је зна- чајно измењен услед пандемије ковид-19. Наставници широм света, на свим нивоима образовања, суочени су са изазовом учења на даљину. Без обзира на спремност наставника, ученика и студената и њихову дигиталну писменост, измењени услови учења, али и других животних околности, имају утицаја на сам процес и исход учења и подучавања. С тога, циљ овог рада је утврдити утицајне факторе у контексту учења на даљину. У раду је извршен преглед литературе релевантних истраживања објављених у периоду пандемије, а која се баве испитивањем квалитета наставе и учења у условима пандемије на различитим нивоима образовања. На основу анализе радова и резултата спроведених истраживања дат је преглед и класификација утицајних фактора који се тичу како афективних компоненти учења, тако и когни- тивних, али и других аспеката учења и наставе. То су следеће категорије фактора: технички аспект имплементације е-учења; перцепција алата за е- учење; мотивациони и когнитивни фактори; фактори који се односе на садржајне специфичности; социјални фактори; фактори који се односе на вештине и спремност; временски и екстерни фактори. На крају су дате истраживачке и педагошке импликације проистекле из прегледа литературе.
