Pretpostavke efikasne onlajn nastave u visokom obrazovanju

SAŽETAK:

Kako digitalni mediji prožimaju sve aspekte našeg života, ostvarivanje nastave na daljinu danas, a i u budućnosti može se smatrati neminovnošću, za čiju efikasnost je potrebno obezbediti odgo varajuće preduslove. Nakon iznenadnog izbijanja pandemije krajem 2019. i početkom 2020. godine izazvane pojavom virusa kovid-19, fakulteti širom sveta bili su primorani da se reorganizuju i da u što kraćem roku pređu na onlajn nastavu, kako bi se studentima omogućio nastavak započete akademske godine. Cilj rada jeste da se ukaže na osnovne pretpostavke efikasne onlajn nastave u visokom obrazovanju, za koju se pretpostavlja da će u nekoj formi nastaviti da postoji i nakon završetka pandemije. Date pret- postavke biće iznete u formi ukazivanja na specifičnosti onlajn nastave koje su u značajnoj meri povezane sa uspehom studenata u njoj. Moguće je izdvojiti tri grupe takvih specifičnosti: individualne specifičnosti samih studenata, karakteristike onlajn nastave i karakteristike visokoškolske ustanove, koje se detaljnije opisuju u radu. Takva nastava prevashodno podrazumeva adekvatnu pripremljenost nastavnika i studenata u pogledu razvoja odgovarajućih individualnih kompetencija. Osim toga, važan činilac uspešne onlajn nastave je i postojanje odgovarajuće institucionalne podrške na nivou konkretne visokoškolske ustanove pri njenoj realizaciji. Date preporuke mogu biti dobra polazna osnova za uvođenje i unapređivanje kvaliteta onlajn nastave u visokom obrazovanju kod nas.
