САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
U uslovima dinamičnog i konkurentnog poslovnog okruženja sve više dolazi do izražaja koncept izvrsnosti. Izvrsnost se odnosi na sposobnost organizacije da konzistentno postiže izuzetne rezultate u svim aspektima poslovanja, uključujuči efikasnost, inovacije, kvalitet proizvoda/usluga, zadovoljstvo korisnika i profitabilnost. Organizacije koje postižu visoku izvrsnost imaju snažnu strategiju, kompetentne i talentovane zaposlene, efikasne procese, permenentno su posvećene kontinuiranom unapređenju, što im omogučava da budu konkurentnije, otpornije na tržišne promene i sposobnije da zadovolje potrebe svojih korisnika. Strategijska izvrsnost pruža dugoročnu viziju, dok operativna izvrsnost osigurava da svakodnevne aktivnosti doprinose toj viziji. Sinergija između strategije i operacija povećava ukupnu konkurentnost i održivost organizacije. Integracijom koncepta organizacione izvrsnosti, operativne izvrsnosti i agilnosti organizacijama će se omogućiti da izgrade permanentni kapacitet za konstantne promene i adaptaciju kompleksnom poslovnom okruženju. Ukoliko privredni subjekti programe operativne izvrsnosti formiraju svesni svojih organizacionih resursa tada se obezbeđuje i prilika za strukturirani razvoj adaptibilnosti. Implementacija i upravljanje programima izvrsnosti utiče na afirmaciju koncepta agilnosti u celoj organizaciji kao razvoju mogućnosti koje organizacijama doprinose brzo prilagođavanje, reagovanje na promene u okruženju i na reaktivan i na proaktivan način.
