Upotreba digitalnih alata i veštačke inteligencije u učenju stranog jezika struke

ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Predmet ovog istraživanja je upotreba digitalnih alata i veštačke inteligencije u učenju stranih jezika struke (engleskog, nemačkog, francuskog, španskog i ruskog) na Filozofskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Cilj istraživanja je da se identifikuju najčešće korišćeni digitalni alati, njihova primena, kao i učestalost njihove upotrebe u nastavi stručnih predmeta i stranih jezika struke. Za potrebe ovog rada sprovedena je anketa tokom prolećnog semestra školske 2023/24. godine kojom su obuhvaćeni studenti svih deset odeljenja Filozofskog fakulteta. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 169 studenata putem upitnika koji je sadržao dvanaest pitanja otvorenog i zatvorenog tipa. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da studenti Filozofskog fakulteta upotrebljavaju Google Translate, ChatGPT i Duolingo za prevođenje, učenje stranih jezika i rešavanje zadataka nekoliko puta nedeljno, najintenzivnije tokom priprema za ispite ili rešavanja složenijih zadataka. Trećina ispitanika koristi digitalne alate i veštačku inteligenciju za pripremu predispitnih obaveza i ispita iz stručnih predmeta, a četvrtina za pripremu predispitnih obaveza i ispita iz stranog jezika struke. Digitalni alati najviše se koriste u samostalnom učenju, dok njihova primena u formalnoj nastavi još uvek nije na zadovoljavajućem nivou. Rad naglašava potrebu za promenom stavova studenata prema uvođenju inovacija u nastavu. Neophodno je redefinisati ciljeve nastave stranih jezika struke i eksplicitno integrisati digitalne kompetencije u silabuse. U tu svrhu potrebno je formulisati smernice za upotrebu digitalnih medija u nastavi stranih jezika za nastavnike i studente.
