САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
This paper examines the challenges faced by archival legislation in Commonwealth countries in relation to the creation, management, and preservation of records within complex digital environments. The author argues that archival science can play a crucial role in strengthening existing archival legislation to address the evolving issues in the digital landscape. Additionally, the paper proposes several areas for future empirical research on archival legislation.
