ПРИНЦИП ZERO WASTE У ФУНКЦИЈИ ПОВЕЋАЊА ЕКОНОМСКОГ РАЗВОЈА У ХОТЕЛСКОМ ПОСЛОВАЊУ

ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Циљ овог истраживања је да се утврди утицај примене Zero Waste стратегије на економску корист у хотелској индустрији Републике Србије. Коришћена је квантитативна методологија која обухвата анкету међу менаџерима из различитих хотела комбиновану са статистичком анализом података за верификацију хипотеза. Резултати показују да инвестиције у образовање запослених, ефективне политике управљања отпадом и улагања у одрживе технологије значајно доприносе повећању профита. Ово истраживање доприноси теоријском разумевању и практичној примени Zero Waste стратегије у области хотелијерства, нудећи доказе који подржавају економску и еколошку вредност одрживих пракси.
