ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

This paper studies the thermal properties of linear polymers with adjustable properties tailored raw material composition. The effect of hydrophobic and hydrophilic nanofiller surface functionalization on the thermal properties of silicone composites was analyzed. Linear Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with silica nanofillers-silicon (IV)-oxide added in varying concentrations (1, 5, 20 wt%) were used in the work. FTIR-ATR analysis confirmed the composition of polymers and nanofillers, while TEM image revealed uniform dispersion of hydrophobic fillers. The addition of nanofillers significantly enhanced thermal properties, with hydrophobic fillers showing superior compatibility.
