Empatija psihijatra kao ključni faktor u lečenju akutnih psihoza

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Empatija se u savremenoj psihijatriji prepoznaje kao temeljna klinička veština i osnovni preduslov uspešne terapijske komunikacije. Njena uloga posebno dolazi do izražaja u tretmanu akutnih psihoza, kada pacijenti ispoljavaju dezorganizovano mišljenje, paranoidne ideje, anksioznost, agitaciju i emocionalnu nestabilnost.

Ovi simptomi značajno otežavaju uspostavljanje saradnje, a upravo u takvim okolnostima empatija psihijatra predstavlja ključni most ka pacijentovom poverenju i prihvatanju tretmana. Pored farmakoloških mera, sposobnost terapeuta da razume i validira pacijentov unutrašnji doživljaj pokazuje se kao faktor koji ubrzava stabilizaciju i smanjuje rizik od terapeutskog otpora.
