САЖЕТАК:

У раду се врши анализа одредби 5, 6, 13 и 63 Конвенције Уједињених нација против корупције, у којима се дефинише улога цивилног друштва у антикорупционим настојањима.

У другом делу рада спроведена је теоријска расправа о значају цивилног друштва при сузбијању корупције. Указује се на неке специфичности са којим се сусрећу организације цивилног друштва при указивању на корупцију у државама у којима не постоји политичка воља за борбу против те врсте криминала. На крају рада указано је на стање у Србији по тим питањима и дати су закључци.
