SAŽETAK:
Rad jeste predlog projekta unapređivanja obrazovne prakse ili obrazovne efektivnosti na primeru jedne konkretne lokalne samouprave (Kragujevac) i to lateralnom intervencijom, preko jednog nastavnog predmeta (Matematika). Predstavljene su sve zainteresovane strane, njihova uloga i mogućnost da se na nivou jedinice lokalne samouprave interveniše, nezavisno od nacionalnog nivoa, zapravo da je u legislativno i regulatorno zadatom okviru sa nacionalnog nivoa moguće samostalno i nezavisno osmišljavati unapređivanje mikrosistema obrazovanja.
