SAŽETAK:

Glavni cilj ovog rada je da analizira finansijsku sigurnost depozita makedonskih građana, kao i Direktivu Evropske unije o sistemima (šemama) za osiguranje depozita. Ovaj rad se sastoji od 4 dela. U prvom delu: “Uvod” definiramo pojam “rizik” i takođe objašnjavamo razloge zbog kojih nastaje sistemski rizik. U drugom delu: “Direktiva Evropske unije o sistemima (šemama) za osiguranje depozita”, detaljno analiziramo pravni okvir Evropske unije koji reguliše pitanje sistema (šeme) osiguranja depozita u državama članicama. U trećem delu: „Finansijska sigurnost depozita u Makedoniji“ analiziramo pravni i institucionalni okvir u našoj zemlji koji reguliše sistem osiguranja depozita i upoređujemo ga sa Direktivom Evropske unije za sistemima (šemama) o osiguranja depozita, da bih videli šta smo primenili iz ovu Direktivu i da bih predložili koje mere treba preduzeti u budućnosti kako bi se uskladio makedonski zakonski okvir sistema (šeme) osiguranja depozita na putu ka Evropskoj uniji. U  četvrtom delu: „Zaključak“, dali smo osnovne zaključke koji proizlaze iz našeg rada.
