KVALITET JAJA ORGANSKIH KOKOŠI NOSILJA U RAZLIČITIM FAZAMA PROIZVODNOG CIKLUSA

САЖЕТАК:

Cilj ovog rada je bio da se utvrdi kvalitet jaja i kvalitet ljuske organskih kokoši nosilja u različitim fazama jednogodišnjeg proizvodnog ciklusa. Na osnovu rezultata ovih istraživanja, može se zaključiti da su organska jaja 24-nedeljnih Isa Brown nosilja imala manju masu, a veći indeks oblika od jaja 48 i 72-nedeljnih nosilja. Sa druge strane jaja 24 i 48-nedeljnih kokoši su imala veću visinu belanca i broj Hogovih jedinica, a slabije obojeno žumance u poređenju sa jajima 72-nedeljnih jedinki.

Što se tiče kvaliteta ljuske, jaja kokoši starih 24 nedelje su imala veći udeo, debljinu i silu loma, a manju deformaciju ljuske u poređenju sa jajima kokoši starih 48 i 72 nedelje.
