САЖЕТАК:
U radu su prikazana bakteriološka ispitivanja vode i hidrobionata sa lokaliteta Međuvršje u Čačku. Proučavani biološki parametri su određivani po klasičnoj šemi zasejavanjem na selektivne hranljive podloge. Izolovane kolonije mikroorganizama su identifikovane pomoću test–sistema API 20E i API 20NE. Utvrđeni su podaci prisustva kultura enterobakterija i „nefermentirajućih“ mikroorganizama iz vode, zooplanktona (protozoe, ciklope, dafnije), larvi hironomida prirodnih i antropogenih rezervoara vode. Spektar potencijalno patogenih bakterija u vodi i hidrobiontima bio je prilično širok (16 rodova) i sličnog je sastava. Pokazalo se da je mikroflora hironomida manje heterogena od zooplanktona. Utvrđeno je da najčešće posmatrani mikrobi pripadaju rodovima Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, kao i Actinomices i Candida. Ovo nas navodi na zaključak da pored nadzemnih ekosistema i vodeni ekosistemi mogu biti stanište mikroorganizama koji su potencijalno patogeni za čoveka i životinje
