САЖЕТАК:
Vitamin niacin je od velike važnosti za energetski metabolizam. Fiziološki niacin se inkorporira u koenzimu nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid (NAD) i nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat (NADP). Cilj ovog rada je da se utvrdi koncentraciaj NAD i NADP u krvi krava prilikom aplikacije niacina u peripartalnom periodu. Vrednost vitamera niacina NAD i NADP značajno raste kod krava usled aplikacije niacina putem hrane, ali se NAD:NADP odnos nije menjao pod dejstvom egzogenog niacina. Vrednost ovih vitamera zavisi od peripartalne nedelje bez obzira na dodavanje egzogenog niacina.
