SAŽETAK:
Pandemija virusa kovid-19 izrazit uticaj imala je i na vaspitno-obrazovni sistem. U ovom radu prikazani su rezultati istraživanja čiji je cilj bio ispitivanje odnosa nastavnika o kvalitetu onlajn nastave tokom pandemije virusa kovid-19. Primenjena je deskriptivna istraživačka metoda i tehnika anketiranja. Uzorak je obuhvatio 274 nastavnika sa teritorije Republike Srbije. Predstavljeni rezultati ukazuju da se najveći broj nastavnika sa onlajn nastavom prvi put susreo tokom pandemije i da do tada nisu imali nikakva iskustva sa nastavom na daljinu. Platforme koje su nastavnici u radu sa učenicima koristili jesu: Google Classroom, Zoom, Edmodo, Google Meet i Microsoft Teams. Veliki broj nastavnika je odgovorio da će onlajn nastavu nakon pandemije delimično primenjivati ističući da je kontaktna nastava nezamenljiva i kvalitetnija, jer su učenici angažovaniji i posvećeniji školskim obavezama. Sagledavši objektivno, nastavnici su kvalitet onlajn nastave tokom pandemije najčešće ocenili srednjom vrednošću, tačnije ocenom tri. Onlajn nastava tokom pandemije iziskivala je veliku posvećenost nastavnika, kao i dobro rukovođenje informaciono-komunikacionim tehnologijama i razvijene digitalne kompetencije i nastavnika i učenika. Realizacija onlajn nastave bila je izazov za nastavnike, ali i jedina mogućnost da se vaspitno-obrazovni rad tokom pandemije i vanredne situacije nastavi i aktivno odvija.
