САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Однос Римокатоличке Цркве према савременом друштву представља изазовно поље истраживања. Римокатоличка Црква покушава деценијама на систематски начин да изрази своје учење кроз мноштво докумената. У читавом корпусу друштвених докумената Римокатоличке Цркве, концепт рада представља неисцрпну тему. Циљ истраживања огледа се кроз представљање, анализу и критички осврт на појам рада у друштвеној енциклици Laborem exercens Јована Павла II. Анализа и критичко сагледавање биће усмерени према теоријском и практичном нивоу концепта рада у поменутој енциклици. У том смислу, главни део рада тежи стицању увида у концептуалну јасноћу и кохерентност истраживаног документа у вези са проблематиком рада.
