САЖЕТАК:

Hericium clathroides i Auricularia mesenterica predstavljaju nedovoljno istražene vrste gljiva iz podrazdela Basidiomycotina. U ovom radu ispitana je bioaktivnost njihovih acetonskih ekstrakata. Determinisane su antimikrobna i antioksidativna aktivnost ekstrakata in vitro, kao i ukupni sadržaj fenola i flavonoida u njima. Naši rezultati pokazuju da testirane vrste gljiva poseduju relativno dobra antimikrobna i antioksidativna svojstva, što otvara put daljim istraživanjima i potencijalnoj primeni ovih vrsta u biomedicinske svrhe.
